A new report published today by the UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute (UCLA LPPI) found that nationally, Latinos had the lowest registration rate among racial and ethnic groups in the 2020 election. In California, Latinos had the lowest registration rate of all voters with only slightly more than 60 percent of eligible Latino voters registered statewide.Â
